CATECHISM
Registration for English Catechism and Children’s Liturgy is now open for next year, 2026 – 2027. Please click here to register.
The catechism year runs from October to early May. Further information will be provided in September to those who have registered.
English catechism is offered on Sundays, 10:15 – 11:30 am, at the rectory (parish office building) for children ages 5 – 13 (K – Grade 8). Parents are welcome to observe classes but are not required to stay.
Older children are encouraged to join youth group to continue their faith formation. More information about youth group can be obtained by emailing are Youth Leaders here.
Children’s Liturgy is offered during Mass for children 3 and up. Younger children should be accompanied by a parent. Registration is not required but encouraged to help the organizers plan the craft materials.
Sacramental prep classes are not offered consistently every year. Consideration is given to number of eligible candidates and availability of volunteers. Please include your expression of interest on this form to help us plan the next year of Sacramental prep. If the Sacrament is being offered in English, a separate registration form will be sent to you at your request.
The religious education team is a small and dedicated group of volunteers that puts in a great deal of effort to ensure that the parish has robust ministries. We are always in need of more volunteers in order to run our programs. If you are willing to help out, please reach out!
